1. Overview

Each KH8 product is made with care and attention. Many are personalised or made to order, so special return conditions apply.

2. Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please verify spellings and custom details before checkout.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

Email hello@lkh8.store within 14 days of receipt with photos and your order number. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund (including standard delivery).

4. Non-Personalised Items

You may return non-custom products within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 if unused and in original condition. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

5. Refund Process

Returns must be authorised, contact us for a return address.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.

6. Cancellations

Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
