1. Overview

All KH8 items are made to order. Each piece is crafted or printed before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.

2. Production Time

  • Standard production: 3–7 working days
  • Engraved or complex items: up to 10 working days

You’ll receive an email once your order is dispatched. If you need an item for a specific date, contact us before ordering.

3. Delivery Time (after dispatch)

  • UK: Standard 2nd Class - Royal Mail, 2-4 working days
  • UK: Standard 1st Class - Royal Mail, 1-2 working days
  • UK: Express - Royal Mail, next day signed for

The above times are estimates and apply AFTER the product has been made and may vary due to postal delays.

4. Delivery Partners

We ship primarily via Royal Mail and reliable couriers. Proof of postage is always obtained; tracking provided where available.

5. Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free UK shipping may apply to orders over a set value (see site for details).

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. KH8 is not liable for losses due to incorrect addresses. Returned parcels may incur re-shipping fees.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 20 (international), email hello@lkh8.store so we can investigate.
